Tasha Biltmore is a rock solid business woman who has transformed her pain into art. A successful playwright, Biltmore, received the 2014 Spirit Award, through the Multi-Cultural Motion Picture Association, for her acclaimed efforts in bringing awareness to domestic violence through her stage plays and fashion line. Her riveting stage play, The Conversation, is a real and raw depiction of the abuse and internal conflict of domestic violence based on her own personal struggle and story. The Conversation has won many awards including Best Supporting Actor at the 2015 NAACP Theater Awards. Biltmore, has also been recognized by the city of Los Angeles and the city of Compton for her continued efforts in shedding light on the ugly truth of abuse through her outreach program in the communities. Now, Biltmore brings you, Damaged Clothes, a conceptual fashion line based on how she once wore sweats to soften the blows until they were well damaged, torn and ripped like her spirit. Stay tuned for more!
